This spectacular Antique Victorian Sterling Silver French insect brooch is Circa 1900.

The brooch depicts a beautiful Leaf adorned with sparkling white Paste Stones with a colourful Paste Fly in the centre.

Paste is a transparent flint glass that simulates the fire and brilliance of gemstones. White Pastes sparkle just like Diamonds, captivating the allure of natures beauty.

The brooch is all set in Sterling Silver and complete with French hallmark on the end of the Leaf.

This is a wonderful collectable brooch that is steeped in history, a great talking piece.
